At Mussoorie House, we believe in being compensate for the value we deliver. We are not advocates of hourly or daily rate charging models. In each case we look to find an appropriate model which aligns with the value derived by our clients.
BPO Revenue Sharing
Perhaps our most common model is Revenue Sharing. In this model, we will establish an ongoing service which is aligned with the growth of our clients. For example, if our client’s revenue is driven by a growing social media audience, then we would provide an on-going social media engagement model as a Business Process Outsource (BPO) and charge a percentage of revenue.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
